Why stop it? Would you stop college recruiting, employment recruiting, sports recruiting in high schools? They all offer the same basic things a way to get ahead in life to accomplish your goals. However, the military offers even more, you get everything that a college offers plus hands on training, discipline, leadership, professional developement, and much more which are all preferred by employers. That is why military people are far more successful at completing college as well as finding employment. Employers specific target military persons for those reasons. The military is an excellent way to ensure stability and growth.

I believe that the Department of Education in NYC, and school districts around the state are coming up short on protecting students’ privacy and defending students from overly aggressive recruiters. We need better regulations in place to ensure recruiters aren’t targeting the most vulnerable students.

The military is not a social-welfare agency. It is not a jobs program.” No one should have to kill to get an education or job training. education

I can”t believe our schools have to let these recruiters on school grounds! My son is 17. It seems wrong to me that the government is allowed to solicite minors. Can we put them on the “no calling list” like all the other soliciters? We certainly should be able too. They are just as annoying as any other soliciter. (If not more!!)

Ok first of all the military does not solicite anyone in high school. they are their waiting for someone to walk by their table and ask about the military. They are there for whoever is interested, the military is in reality the best option now days. What i cant belives is that people still think that the military is all about killing and that if you join you will be killed. yes you could be killed but any soldier in the U.S military knows that risk but the training they have recieved keeps them alive. This goes out to all the Idiotic Left wing liberals out there. You Need to do your reasearch before you talk. not every soldier will see combat but they are absolutyly ready if they are asked to. How Do You Think We have Freedom in this Country, Not because of you great new President o wait he is an idiot to!!!! we have our rights because of the soldiers who have fought for thoes rights in every American Engagment in our history. think before you talk and remember why we are fighting the war!!!!! does a certain day come to mind!!! Keep The Recruiters in the Schools i had them in my high school they never once solicited me. i talked to one once just about deer hunting….. Thats right I kill deer for sport but i feed those who are in more need of you will all the deer i shoot and dont want for my freezer
