college costs
My name is milina bryan, im 18 years old and I am one of the first graduating seniors at validus preparatory academy in the bronx. My educational advice to Obama is to lower the costs of college tuition costs, and I say this because here in New York, we have a lot of low income families that can’t afford to pay for college, and many of us end up going to a community college. we don’t want that, we all want to be able to go out and enjoy our college experiences. i had recently got accepted to Indiana Tech and i have also received $40,000 worth of scholarships. it’s surprising because this college is only $20,000 a year. my point is, everyone can’t afford to go to college. my brother had to go to community college, but had to drop out because he couldn’t pay. please help our generation by lowering college costs so we can get ahead in life. thank you.
